All deposits, payments, or ticket purchases are non refundable. We reserve the right to cancel, or reschedule at any time. In the event of our cancellation, you’ll be given a choice to reschedule or be refunded. All ghost hunts (Paranormal Investigations) are 18 and older, unless otherwise noted. No Alcohol on premises, no exceptions!

Old Mill ParaFest – Scheduled Speakers may change without notice – No Refunds – No Exceptions! All sales are final, 1 ticket per person (Unless otherwise noted). Please print your ticket and bring your ID with you. Each ticket has a unique barcode, which is good for the person on the ticket only. Failure to print your ticket, or bring ID could delay or deny you entry. The Old Mill Museum staff reserves the right to remove anyone, at anytime without a refund.

Streamed Events – We’re not responsible for internet issues,  your inability to connect, loss of internet, or any other reasons you’re unable to view the LiveStream at the scheduled time.  All ticket sales are final and will not be refunded unless the issue is on our end.  Speaker connections, guest connections, internet issues are out of our control.
